This policy explains what data we collect and how we handle it across the Activa Tennis website and the Perfect Match app.

Website (marketing pages)

The main website (sanctuarycovetennis.com.au) is static and privacy-friendly:

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics or tracking scripts are used.
• We do not collect personal data through the website itself.
• The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us directly (for example, emailing or calling the contact details shown).

Perfect Match app

The Perfect Match app is a club ladder and hitting-partner finder. To work, it needs limited profile data:

• What we collect: your name, ITN level, playing intent (match/hitting), contact details (phone/WhatsApp or email), availability, and match results.
• What is visible to others: only your name, level, and availability. Your contact details stay private until you choose to connect with another player.
• Why: to run matchmaking and leaderboard features. This is done on the basis of your consent.
• Storage: data is stored on servers in the EU (Paris, France) operated by our hosting provider.
• Sharing: we do not sell your data, use it for marketing, or share it with third parties other than our hosting provider.

Your rights

Under the EU GDPR you can ask us to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to erasure").
• Receive a copy of your data (portability).
• Withdraw consent at any time.

You can delete your profile yourself from the app using "Delete My Data", or contact us below.

Data retention

Profile data is kept while you remain registered. Match results are kept to maintain the leaderboard. You can request deletion at any time.

Children

The app is used by junior players. If you are under 16, please make sure a parent or guardian consents to your registration.

International users

This app is available worldwide. Data is processed and stored in the EU (Paris, France). We apply the same core privacy rights to all users regardless of location: access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. If you are in the EU, the GDPR applies; in California, the CCPA applies; in Australia, the Australian Privacy Act applies.
